Creating the Corporate Dream Team
Every individual in an organization, regardless of their capacity of job, represents energy that is part of the whole. A "Corporate Dream Team" is a visionary and creative organization within the greater whole. Its purpose is to KNOW what each and every person in that organization is there for and to capitalize on those strengths! It becomes the oars that steer the boat. Corporate "Dream Teams" create visionary maps that guide the boat into a smooth sail!
Right Brain/Left Brain
Corporate Visioning approaches visionary business development from both sides of the brain. The initial focus is on creativity and building a DREAM that's serves the organization. Once we have identified the strengths, eliminated the weaknesses and unified the energy we move into how to make it happen by setting goals and objectives. We use a unique creative processes that includes techniques such as intuitive relaxation, expressive painting and education for the development of inner vision and its application in business.
If people do not believe in an outcome it probably will not come to pass.
If they spend a lot of energy in judgment of who they are in relation to others a lot of energy and time is wasted.
Example
Janet was to meet with the foundation the next day to enroll them into donating a lot of money to the organization. While in the process of creation I asked her "What does the road look like as you step out to meet these people? She says its dark. I can't see where I am going. I then invited the Dream Team to look down the road with her. Soon came the offer! I see the sun rising and another says yes and it's a gold road and another says I see you running down the road and very happy. Dream Team Visioning is about creating on the inside what you want to happen on the outside. It is not a new concept and it has been proven to be successful. Corporate Visioning applies that principle to business and enhances visionary business development as a natural part of the successful process of success!
